Sainik Schools Society (SSS) is an autonomous
organization under the Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. The Society runs Sainik
Schools prepare Cadets to join the
National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla (Pune), Indian Naval Academy,
Ezhimala and other Training Academies for officers. Sainik Schools are English
medium residential schools affiliated to CBSE. Sainik Schools At present there
are a total of 33 Sainik Schools across the country. 
Addmission to Sainik School-2023|
The National Testing Agency has released a notification for the admission to sainik school-2023. For that NTA is inviting online application from interested students for the class VI and IX. The details for Sainik School admission form 2023 made available on the official website of NTA, aissee.nta.nic.in. AISSEE 2023 is common for those who are seeking admission to Sainik Schools and those who are seeking admission to approved New Sainik Schools. Both have to have to appear in AISSEE 2023 and qualify for admission to Sainik Schools or approved New Sainik Schools. Admission is based on the performance of candidates in the All-India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination-2023 (AISSEE).

AISSEE 2023 will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
The responsibility of NTA is limited to inviting online applications for AISSEE 2023, conduct ofthe AISSEE 2023, processing and declaration of result and providing the merit list to the SSS.

- (a) For admission to Class VI: From 02:00 pm to 04:30 pm
- (b) For admission to Class IX: From 02:00 pm to 5:00 pmThe schedule will remain unaltered even if the date of the exam is declared a Public Holiday.
AISSEE Admission Form 2023 -

Boys and girls both can apply Sainik School 2023
admission form for Class 6. For that, The student's age must be between 10-12
years as on March -31,2023
Sainik school admission for Class-9
Only boys who are studying in VIII are eligible to apply
Sainik School registration form for Class 9.The student's age must be between
13-15 years as on March 31, 2023.

Download and read the Information Bulletin carefully to ensure your eligibility.Follow the steps given below to Apply Online:
- Step 1: Register online using unique Email ID and Mobile No.
- Step 2: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated.Application No. Upload the following documents:
- Scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph (filesize:10kb-200 kb) in JPG format.
- Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb-30kb) in JPG format.Candidate’s left-hand thumb impression. (file size 10 kb -50 kb) in JPGformat. (In case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right hand thumb impression may be used)
- Date of Birth Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate.Caste/Community/ Category Certificate( if applicable).
- Certificate of service (for Defence category-serving) and PPO for Exservicemen,if applicable.
- Certificate from the Principal certifying that the applicant is studying in theapproved New Sainik School. (Applicable only for those who are studying currently in approved New Sainik Schools).
- Step 3: Pay fee using SBI/ICICI Bank Payment Gateway through Debit Card/ Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI and keep proof of fee paid. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee, then the transaction is cancelled and amount will be refunded to the candidate’s account. However, the candidate has to make another transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.
